Thor is unaware of the level of jobsite control he has. His clearance level to access "Cat 5" areas leaves him unfazed. He doesn't talk much, but everyone seems to know what he wants. Treats! His official title is "Chairman of the Ash Avenue Dog Park Committee".He's been seen goin over plans with Construction Inspector, Greg Haffner. He's strategized at length with Parks Supervisor, Martin McKnight. He's schemed with Project Manager, Kim McMillan and Construction Inspector, Richard Bay. And, he's supervised flagger, Hillary's (see below "Who's Who") attention to detail while directing traffic. She supposedly hasn't slipped yet! His daily, top priority is jobsite safety. Go Thor!
